Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
- Packaging: The product should be in its original packaging, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact and warranty card.
- Accessories: The product must be returned in its entirety with all accompanying accessories or free gifts present therein.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products unless they are defective or damaged.
- Products with missing labels or accessories.
- Products that have been used or installed by the customer.
- Any product not in its original form or packaging.
- Refurbished or pre-owned products.
- Products that are not damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at proborz11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Provide Documentation: Include photos/videos of the product, shipment box, product package, and shipping label invoice.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notification: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Documentation: Provide photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
